Buffalo Sister

Founded in 2012, Buffalo Sister offers up meat-fuelled goodness, from traditional Sunday roasts to weekday sandwiches and salads, the restaurant offers a true taste of western dishes to those who feel far away from home or who wish to sample authentic western home-style cooking. The restaurant uses only the finest ingredients including imported Australian Beef and Lamb, USA Pork, and fresh local produce, combining with the traditional “Slow Cooking” techniques and the heritage recipes. Every week, it puts on a special Sunday treat for diners featuring traditional Sunday Australian roast beef, topped with all the trimmings including roast potatoes, cheese gratin, pumpkin mash, apple and sage stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, fresh green beans and carrots, and the signature three-meat gravy.
